Parasite frequency, microfauna frequency and weather data for both study phases

This is an Excel spreadsheet with three worksheets. The first worksheet contains data associated with samples collected as part of field experiments conducted in the USA. It also contains a column of keys and notes necessary to interpret the data in the first two worksheets. The second worksheet contains data associated with samples collected during the patch surveys conducted in the UK. The third worksheet contains data about the weather during both phases of the study, and lists which samples were collected on which dates.
