Minutes of Meeting: Linked Data Technical Review Group (LIDATEC), 27 August 2019

Minutes of the LIDATEC Review Group meeting on 27 August 2019 at WLIC in Athens, Greece. The main item discussed was the signing in 2019 of the contract between IFLA and Metadata Management Associated (MMA) for the hosting and maintenance of the IFLA Namespaces and next steps for establishing the namespaces. The chair of LIDATEC transitioned from Anders Cato to Joseph Hafner at this meeting. LIDATEC also determined that its remit did not cover the work of the Linked Data SIG that had been concluded.
