RNA-seq data from Cdk8∆/∆ and wildtype BCR-ABL1p185+ transformed bone marrow cell lines either untreated or treated with SenexinB (4 biological replicates each)

RNA-seq data from Cdk8∆/∆ and wildtype BCR-ABL1p185+ transformed cell lines either untreated or treated with SenexinB was used to identify kinase-dependent and independent target genes of CDK8 mRNA from immortalized Cdk8∆/∆ and wildtype BCR-ABL1p185+ cell lines either untreated or treated with SenexinB (4 biological replicates each) were prepared using the Lexogen SENSE mRNA-Seq library preparation kit. Single-end, 50bp sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq-2500 sequencer. Reads were mapped to the GENECODE M13 genome.
