Transcriptomic analyses of fungi to identify gene markers of CUE

This project aims to analyse transcirpotmic profile of several fungal isolates to identify gene markers as a means to assess carbon use efficiency of fungi. Gene markers found from this study will be used to analyse metatranscriptomic data from fungal community in managed boreal forest soil.
