Allogeneic T cell therapy with EBV-specific T cells is an effective therapy in relapsed refractory PTLD. We characterised T cell receptor (TCR) repertoires of EBV-specific T cell products manufactured either by co-culture with EBV-transformed cells or using a peptide-based virus free system. Pan T cells from donor leukapharesis were included as a comparison. This data complemented functional characterisation of these products.
