Effects of cold or warm ischemia and ex-vivo lung perfusion on the release of damage associated molecular patterns and inflammatory cytokines in experimental lung transplantation

Lung transplantation (LTx) is associated with sterile inflammation, possibly related to the release of damage associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) by injured allograft cells. We have measured cellular damage and the release of DAMPs and cytokines in an experimental model of LTx after cold or warm ischemia and examined the effect of pretreatment with ex-vivo lung perfusion (EVLP).肺移植（Lung transplantation, LTx）常伴随无菌性炎症，该炎症可能与受损同种异体移植物细胞释放的损伤相关分子模式（damage associated molecular patterns, DAMPs）相关。本研究在冷或热缺血后的肺移植实验模型中，检测了细胞损伤、损伤相关分子模式与细胞因子的释放情况，并考察了离体肺灌注（ex-vivo lung perfusion, EVLP）预处理的干预效果。
