Candida albicans from various sources Raw sequence reads

Whole genome sequencing and genome analysis were performed in order to reveal the genetic differences between Candida albicans isolates originated from animal and human source. Based on genomic data animals may act as reservoirs of resistant C. albicans isolates for humans highlighting the importance of One Health approach.
