Bulk RNA-seq of young HSCs and Selp high vs Selp low HSCs in pre-aged mice

This dataset contains RNA-seq data from murine hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) across age and Selp expression. Young HSCs were profiled in bulk, while pre-aged HSCs were sorted into Selp high and Selp low populations prior to sequencing. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to assess transcriptional changes associated with aging and Selp expression in HSCs. Raw FASTQ files are available in SRA. This dataset allows investigation of molecular programs underlying HSC aging and functional heterogeneity linked to Selp.
