An empirical study on the effect of PNF training on the recovery of patients with medial collateral ligament injury：Randomized controlled trial

This study aims to investigate the effects of combining medial collateral ligament (MCL) reconstruction surgery with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) training on knee joint function and rehabilitation outcomes. Based on these findings, relevant clinical recommendations are proposed.
