We generated MyoD-KI mice to distinguish the heterogenous MuSCs populations based on MYOD expression. Using the mice, we performed RNA-seq to identify the unique gene expression profile in the heterogenous MuSCs population. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MyoD-tdTomato low- , MyoD-tdTomato High-expressing MuSCs, and freshly isolated quiescent MuSCs from Pax7-YFP mice.
