Fjord water was collected on a monthly basis from December 2020 to august 2021 from 5m and 30m depth at one station in a sub-Arctic fjord (Ramfjord, Tromsø, Norway) with a goFLO (General Oceanics). Fjord water (40ml) was filtered using 0.2um sterile supor membrane filter (using sterile 50ml syringes). Sample was stored in dark at 6°C until sampling which was within three months.
