Genome-wide analysis of FLAG-Tor2 enrichment during glucose starvation in fission yeast

In this study, we aim to investigate the genome-wide distribution of FLAG-Tor2 protein under glucose starvation conditions in fission yeast (Schizosaccharomyces pombe). The TOR (Target of Rapamycin) pathway plays a crucial role in regulating cellular growth and metabolism in response to nutrient availability. By analyzing the enrichment of FLAG-Tor2, a key component of the TOR complex 1, we seek to uncover novel regulatory mechanisms and target genes associated with ribosome biogenesis and cellular adaptation to glucose deprivation.
