The status of inflammation, coagulation, hypoxic perfusion, electrolyte metabolism and respiratory failure in patients with acute pancreatitis

This dataset includes clinical and laboratory information of hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). It systematically organizes relevant indicators in the early stages of hospitalization, focusing on four key pathophysiological dimensions: inflammatory response, coagulation activation, hypoxia/perfusion abnormalities, and electrolyte-metabolic disturbances. It also records whether patients experienced respiratory failure and death within 3–7 days of admission. The data aims to support the assessment of the association between different indicators and the risk of respiratory failure, as well as the construction of early risk stratification and predictive models based on routine laboratory indicators, providing a reusable empirical basis for optimizing the clinical monitoring and intervention timing of acute pancreatitis.
