This study elucidates the molecular interplay between capsazepine, a selective TRPV1 antagonist, and transcriptional reprogramming in astrocytes. Through pharmacological blockade of vanilloid receptors, we demonstrate precision modulation of neuroinflammation-associated gene networks, providing new insights into glia-targeted therapeutic strategies for neurological disorders.
