Raw data and R script for the paper "Beyond single invaders: Disentangling the effects of co-invading alien forbs on sandy old-fields"

I publish here the basic data matrices and the R code for the paper "Beyond single invaders: Disentangling the effects of co-invading alien forbs on sandy old-fields". The analysis is rather complicated, thus I preferred putting everything into a single R file. Please be aware of picking the right analysis with or without the focal alien species (Asclepias and Solidago). The raw trait matrix is used for computation, but the clean matrix is also provided. 'env.txt' contains the coordinates on EOV system.
