The dataset consists of 901 publicly-traded firms with 28 financial features that came from Quarterly reports.The financial features were collected from Bloomberg, a major financial institution which provides the financial data service in North America. The credit ratings of the firms were obtained from Standard and Poor's (S\&P); ; a total of 22 grades that are ordered from AAA rating, the most promising for investors, to D rating, the most risky one.
