In summary, we identified 103 significant upregulated and 81 downregulated DEGs in ICH rats, among which LCN2 was upregulated after ICH. Furthermore, experimental studies revealed that knockdown LCN2 attenuated ICH via suppressing pyroptosis. These results shed new insights into the role of LCN2 in ICH and guide the management for ICH.
