Virtual chondrocyte - PPI layer

Comprehensive intracellular regulatory network of articular chondrocyte in health and osteoarthritis. The focus is on articular cartilage and osteoarthritis: growth plate network was used as a starting point and was extended to articular cartilage chondrocyte. The full regulatory network is composed of 2 subnetworkss: (1) the protein signalling pathways (from growth factors to the transcription factors) and (2) the gene regulatory network (transcription factors regulating the gene that code for the upstream proteins). This version corresponds to the part (1) protein signalling network.
