Building Permits in 2019

The dataset contains locations and attributes of building construction and alteration permits applied for and approved by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings. These data are shared via an automated process where addresses are batch matched (geocoded) to the District's Master Address Repository. Users may find that some data points will contain 0,0 for X,Y coordinates resulting in inconsistent spatial locations. Addresses for these data points could not be automatically geocoded and will need to be manually geocoded to 'best fit' locations in DC.本数据集涵盖哥伦比亚特区建筑局（District of Columbia Department of Buildings）受理并批准的建筑施工与改造许可的位置信息及属性数据。本数据集通过自动化流程共享，该流程会将地址批量匹配并完成地理编码至特区主地址库（Master Address Repository）。部分数据点的X、Y坐标值为0,0，进而导致空间位置不一致。此类数据点对应的地址无法完成自动地理编码，需通过人工地理编码以匹配至哥伦比亚特区内的最佳位置。
