资源简介:
There are 16 datasets in total, reflecting the sex-specific unadjusted and cell-type adjusted EWASs conducted by each of the four NIH ECHO cohorts. Each dataset contains regression model coefficients and standard errors relating gestational age (weeks) to levels of placental DNA methylation (beta values) and the corresponding sample size (n).The dataset names are labelled by cohort as follows: -ELGAN: Extremely Low Gestational Age Newborns -EARLI: Early Autism Risk Longitudinal Investigation -HealthyStart: Healthy Start -NHBCS: New Hampshire Birth Cohort Study After the cohort name, the dataset is labelled by the sex of the included infants (females or males), followed by the model type ("unadj" for unadjusted and "adj" for cell-type adjusted).Within each dataset, the "Probe" column lists the Illumina probe ID number. The columns "Beta" and "SE_Beta" report unadjusted coefficients and standard errors representing the change in placental methylation beta value expected for a 1-week increase in gestational age at birth. The columns "BStar" and "SE_BStar" report coefficients and standard errors that have been adjusted for placental cellular proportions, as estimated by the R package planet (Yuan, V., et al., 2021). The suffix "_bc" indicates the corresponding model coefficients and standard errors underwent BACON correction, a Bayesian method to control bias and inflation (van Iterson, M., et al., 2017). The "n" column contains the sample size.
