Intestinal microbiota Seriolella violaceae

In this study, we investigated the diversity, composition and potential functional of microbiota Seriolella violaceae at three different age groups (7, 8 and 9 months old) using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Our results revealed that the intestinal microbiota was dominated by the phyla Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Fusobacteria and Tenericutes. At the genus level, highlighted Candidatus Arthromitus as the most abundant across the age groups.
