Development and validation of a model for measuring expatriate adaptation in Poland. 2024/08/X/HS4/00361

The dataset includes Likert-type data and concerns developing and validating a scale measuring expatriate adaptation in Poland. Data collection: October – December 2024 using a mixed-mode (CATI and CAWI). Sample: total 322 assignment expatriates and self-initiated expatriates (158 assignment expatriates and 164 self-initiated expatriates). Data collection was commissioned to a specialized external research company and financed by a research grant from the National Science Centre in Poland under the grant 2024/08/X/HS4/00361
