Rural reorganisation procedure

Land reorganisation procedures under the Land Consolidation Act (FlurbG) and the Agricultural Adaptation Act (LwAnpG) are a substantial component of rural development. In the procedures, not only the realignment of the plots is usually carried out, but also the planning and implementation of extensive measures, such as rural road construction, the installation of flood retention measures, the design of biotopes and waters.
