RNA-sequencing of Vibrio cholerae A1552 ?rpoS and parental strains from smooth and rugose backgrounds grown as spots on LB agar Overall design: Three biological replicates of Vibrio cholerae A1552 strains (Smooth (S), S ?rpoS (S?VC0534), Rugose (R), and R ?rpoS (R?VC0534)) were grown for 48-hours on LB agar at 30°C. Spots were then scraped from agar plates and resuspended in TRIzol for subsequent RNA isolation.
