Two studies: Using C:N:P ratios / Testing microbial recovery after eutrophic conditions. Bioremediation in Cold Soils

Soils were collected from bulk transfer and gasoline stations across Saskatchewan, Canada. These sites were contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons. The goal of the study was to find the optimum C:N:P ratio for bioremediation. The point of the eutrophication study was to test if the microbial community was able to recover after excess nutrient exposure.
