Microbial diversity on Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis mouse model

Emerging evidence implicates gut microbiota dysbiosis within the gut liver axis in the progression of MASH, highlighting the need to characterize microbial and metabolite alterations in this context. In this study, oral administration of LF216EV modulated gut microbial composition and associated metabolic outputs, suggesting microbiota-mediated mechanisms contributing to disease improvement and supporting the therapeutic potential of microbiota-targeted interventions in metabolic liver diseases.
