The goal of this experiment was to determine differential gene regulation of PGC1𝛽 or ERR𝛼 compared to the control. To identify transcripts that were specifically affected following PGC1β and ERRα knockdown. RNA was isolated using QIAGEN Rneasy kit. Six unstranded (poly A only) RNA samples were sequenced by the UNMC Genomics Core facility using the TrueSeq mRNA protcol.
