Analysis of genes regulated by IKKb (Ird5) in the presence or absence of CrPV (Cricket paralysis virus) infection in Drosophila S2 cells. Drosophila melanogaster

This DNA microarray analysis (agilent) helps to identify candidate genes regulated by IKKb (Ird5) on Non-infected condition and after CrPV infection (2h and 6h). Overall design: S2 cells were knocked down for dsGFP (as negative control) and IKKb (Ird5) by dsRNA soaking. DNA microarray was performed on Non infection, 2h & 6h after CrPV infections.
