Beyond Generative AI: The Science of Endogenous Stability (The Bouzid Rule & BTT Framework)

This document formalizes the science of endogenous stability, centered on the structural contribution of Fatiha (Nisrine) Bouzid through the Bouzid-Tassan Topos (BTT). The core of this work introduces the 'Bouzid Rule' (B + F = N_f), a governing equation for functional sovereignty. By integrating the Sovereignty Factor (F) as an Institutional Anchoring mechanism, Bouzid establishes the necessary constraints to prevent systemic collapse. This framework demonstrates that AI stability is achieved not through computational power alone, but through the sovereign engineering of the F factor, ensuring that the RES = RAG paradigm remains structurally stable, auditable, and ethically grounded
