This dataset contains processed liver metabolomics and lipidomics data generated from mouse liver tissue to investigate metabolic changes associated with GPR146 depletion. Liver homogenates were analyzed using four complementary liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) platforms, including hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) in positive and negative ionization modes for polar metabolites, reversed-phase C8 chromatography in positive ion mode for complex lipid profiling, and reversed-phase C18 chromatography in negative ion mode for free fatty acids, bile acids, and metabolites of intermediate polarity.
Mass spectrometry analyses were performed using high-resolution Orbitrap and QTRAP instruments under data-dependent or targeted acquisition modes. The files deposited here represent processed quantitative output tables generated by the institutional metabolomics core facility following vendor- and community-standard workflows. Data processing and metabolite annotation were carried out using TraceFinder, Progenesis QI, and MultiQuant software, with metabolite and lipid identities confirmed using authentic reference standards or reference samples where applicable.
This dataset supports the findings reported in the associated manuscript and provides a curated resource for comparative hepatic metabolomic and lipidomic analyses.
