1 Excel file with two data sheets, 'mesozooplankton' and 'micronekton_macro-zooplankton' composite, containing normalized biomass size spectrum data, providing additional data for "Pelagic food-web structure and micronekton trophic transfer efficiency in the northern and southern Benguela Upwelling Systems" (Duncan et al., subm. 2025).
Data are provided for 2 depth strata (0-500 m water depth, > 500 m water depth) for the two subregions northern and southern Benguela Upwelling System.
