Volatiles and chemical composition of pumice clasts of the largest known plinian eruption of Cerro Machín volcano, Colombia

This dataset includes geochemical analyses in pumice clasts retrieved from the largest known eruption of Cerro Machín volcano in Colombia. The dataset comprehends volatiles measurements in quartz- and plagioclase-hosted melt inclusions by FTIR and NanoSIMS. It also includes whole rock chemistry of five pumice clasts and electron microprobe data of glass, melt inclusions, amphibole and plagioclase crystals.
