Counamama Forest Airborne LIDAR Data, Grosse Roche Crique Sector (2014) – Canopy Digital Model

As part of the implementation of forest projects on the managed domain, the NFB has acquired airborne LIDAR topographic surveys over several study areas. This acquisition covers an area of approximately 5 700 ha of the Grosse Roche Crique sector of the Counamama Forest, in the municipality of Iracoubo. Directly derived from the LIDAR point cloud, the Canopy Digital Model is a mesh data representing the height of the canopy at a resolution of 1 m.
