Whale pelvics

This zipped archive contains all the .xyz files (the original laser scans of all the bones in the study) and all associated scripts and programs for calling landmarks. The general workflow is to run the Python scripts prepended with 13.1, 13.2, 14, and 15 in order. Contact Matt Dean (matthew-dot-dean-at-usc-dot-edu) if assistance is required.
