Protected areas, proposals. Nature Conservation Act, Chapter 6 (Sections 33-51), lbk No 933 of 24 September 2009. The theme contains areas or sites, which are proposed to be protected by the implementation of a conservation case in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act Chapter 6. The provisions of the proposal shall have legal effect until a final decision on the conservation is taken. It should be emphasised that geographical information can only be regarded as guiding, since only land registers covered by the conservation provisions of the conservation proposals have temporary legal effect. The theme is constantly updated in dialogue with business travel.
