Conservation value of NSW Travelling Stock Reserves (TSRs)

The “Linear Reserves – Managing Travelling Stock Reserves For Sustainable Conservation Outcomes” project was funded by the NSW Environmental Trust and delivered by Local Land Services. A key component of the project was the creation of a statewide dataset of conservation values on TSRs to assist public land managers with their asset management. This dataset is a compilation of ‘best available’ information from new and historical assessments of TSRs. Each TSR has been assigned High, Medium and Low conservation value and is contained in the field ‘BIOCVFINAL’.

本项目《线性保护区——管理移动牲畜保护区（Travelling Stock Reserves，简称TSRs）以实现可持续保护目标》由新南威尔士州环境信托基金（NSW Environmental Trust）资助，本地土地服务机构（Local Land Services）负责实施。本项目的核心任务为构建一套覆盖全州的移动牲畜保护区保护价值数据集，以助力公共土地管理者开展资产管理工作。该数据集整合了针对移动牲畜保护区的最新及历史评估中获取的“最佳可用”信息。所有移动牲畜保护区均已被赋予高、中、低三级保护价值等级，相关评级信息存储于`BIOCVFINAL`字段中。
