RNA-seq data from N2a-APP695sw cells with either control or ALDOA overexpression

ALDOA is a critical enzyme in the glycolytic pathway, specifically involved in the fourth step of glucose metabolism. Although ALDOA expression is significantly downregulated in Alzheimer's disease (AD), the underline mechanisms by which it affects the disease are still not well understood. Herein, to uncover the role of ALDOA in AD, we performed the RNA-seq to detect the gene expression levels in N2a-APP695sw cell with control or overexpression of ALDOA.
