Metagenomic analysis of the characteristics and fitness of bacteria and plasmids carrying blaTEM-1 and virulence genes before and after cleaning and disinfection in pig slaughterhouses

Plasmid analysis was performed on 3 strains of blaTEM-1-bearing E. coli isolated from them using whole genome.Through biological characterization experiments, the fitness cost of different types of blaTEM-1 plasmids was determined.
