Optical Mapping Data of HCN4-integrated 2D tissue converted into MAT files with optical flow and 200 frames Data was acquired by optical mapping system with high speed camera and was processed with Matlab into MAT file. Each MAT file consists of these key variables: dataF_Magnitude: magnitude of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Orientation: angle of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Vx: x direction of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Vy: y direction of 2D optical flow vector整合HCN4的二维组织的光学标测（Optical Mapping）数据，已被转换为包含光流信息与200帧数据的MAT文件。该数据集通过搭载高速相机的光学标测系统采集，并经Matlab处理为MAT格式文件。每个MAT文件均包含以下关键变量：dataF_Magnitude：二维光流矢量的幅值；dataF_Orientation：二维光流矢量的角度；dataF_Vx：二维光流矢量的x方向分量；dataF_Vy：二维光流矢量的y方向分量。
