Optical Mapping Data of HCN4-integrated 2D tissue converted into MAT files with optical flow and 200 frames Data was acquired by optical mapping system with high speed camera and was processed with Matlab into MAT file. Each MAT file consists of these key variables: dataF_Magnitude: magnitude of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Orientation: angle of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Vx: x direction of 2D optical flow vector dataF_Vy: y direction of 2D optical flow vector
