A cross-sectional health facility-based study (ClinicalTrials.gov ID NCT05286359) was conducted from May 2022 to November 2022 in Metehara and Zenzelema health centers, Ethiopia. Dataset contains results of reference testing for blood samples collected during the study: microscopy, PCR, hrp2/3 deletion testing, and malaria antigens HRP2, PfLDH, PvLDH, and PanLDH, and human CRP concentrations.
