Development Plan Rahlstedt 65 1st Amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Rahlstedt 65 development plan of 5 March 1974 (HmbGVBl. p. 91) is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Rahlstedt 65 development plan" is added to the Ordinance. 2. In § 2, the following sentences are added: "Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. The relevant regulation is the Baunut-zungsverordnung in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479)."
