Canadian Prestige Study, 1965 (M424)

Considered one of the first national studies of occupational prestige in Canada, and is based on the research design used by the NORC 1947 and 1962 studies of occupational prestige in the United States. The data in this study are useful for analysis in an internationally comparative approach. The sampling procedures are also comparable to similar studies in the U.S. Fieldwork was carried out by a commercial firm in Canada.
