There are 13 protein coding genes (atp8-atp6, cytb, cox1-3, nad1-6 and 4L), two rRNA genes (rrnL and rrnS), 22 tRNA genes. *46 of the 122 sites have amino acid hydrophobic or hydrophilic changes; 25 of the 122 sites have amino acid polar or non-polar changes.
