Glutamine production by Glul promotes thermogenic adipocyte differentiation and function through Prdm9-mediated H3K4me3 and transcriptional reprogramming

In this study, we reveal that glutamate-ammonia ligase (Glul)-mediated glutamine production is critical for the regulation of thermogenic adipocyte differentiation and function and systemic glucose homeostasis, and uncover an unexpected role of Prdm9-mediated H3K4me3 and transcriptional reprogramming in this process. This dataset contains processed RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, and CUT&Tag-Seq data from BAC (Mus musculus) cell lines. RNA-Seq:
