Large-scale dendritic morphologies for the construction of microenvironment-based mouse brain atlas

The dataset includes original reconstructions and a fine-grained mouse brain atlas, CCF-ME, comprising 179,568 dendritic morphologies before processing and filtering. These morphologies were reconstructed from 111 fMOST brains labeled with 30 reporter genes, utilizing an automatic tracing algorithm. Detailed meta-information for these brains can be found in the supplementary files of the paper: https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-3146034/v1. The morphologies are mapped to the standard Allen CCFv3 coordinate space, with a coordinate resolution of 1 µm. Additionally, a fine-grained mouse brain atlas based on the dendritic environments of these neurons is archived in this repository. Included files are: SEU-ALLEN_auto_dendrites_v2_179k.zip: the 179,568 auto-traced morphologies. CCF-ME-bihemisphere-0912.nrrd: CCF-ME atlas. filtered_101k.csv: The list of neurons used for constructing the atlas after a rigorous quality control.
