EXECUTIVE SCIENTIFIC SUMMARY Relational Communication Ecosystem™ The First Permanent Relational Multimedia Infrastructure™ Towards a New Scientific and Operational Paradigm for Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence INTRODUCTION The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence is profoundly transforming the way individuals, organizations, institutions and territories generate knowledge, exchange information and build relationships. While technological innovation has significantly increased the ability to produce and distribute content, communication itself continues to be predominantly interpreted according to paradigms developed during the twentieth century, where advertising campaigns, isolated media initiatives and fragmented communication strategies remain the dominant operational model. This publication proposes that such an approach is becoming increasingly inadequate for the emerging Human–AI era. The volume introduces Relational Communication Ecosystem™, a new theoretical and methodological paradigm that redefines communication as a Permanent Relational Multimedia Infrastructure, capable of continuously supporting interactions between organizations, people, communities and Artificial Intelligence. Rather than considering communication as a sequence of independent promotional activities, the proposed model interprets it as an evolving relational ecosystem where knowledge, trust, identity and long-term interaction become strategic assets. The publication forms part of the GARD Academic Research Series – Scientific & Methodological Dossiers and belongs to the broader HAIE:// – Human–AI Ecosystem Research Program, an interdisciplinary initiative dedicated to the development of the emerging field of Human–AI Relational Sciences.
