Sleep Quality and Mental Health Symptoms in Emergency Medical Service Personnel

The objective of this project was to examine the relationship between sleep quality and mental health outcomes (posttraumatic stress disorder, depression) among n = 79 emergency medical service clinicians (i.e., ambulance service providers). Although data were collected each day for 8 consecutive days in the raw data set, the data set included in this deposit is aggregated by age group to protect confidentiality.
