Puberty as a Superspreader of Mutations Elevating Tumor Long-term Risk in Breast Tissue

This repository includes the VCF-level data needed to reproduce the figure(s) from the paper "Puberty as a Superspreader of Mutations Elevating Tumor Long-term Risk in Breast Tissue", including downstream PTA samples analysis (downstream_PTA_analysis.sh in Github repo) and downstream WGS samples analysis (downstream_WGS_analysis.sh in Github repo). To reproduce the analysis, download the Breast_1 and Breast_2 folders and move them to the /home_dir/3_Output directory on your machine.本仓库包含复现论文《青春期作为突变超级传播者，提升乳腺组织肿瘤长期风险》中图表所需的变异呼叫格式（VCF）级数据，涵盖下游PTA样本分析（本GitHub仓库内的downstream_PTA_analysis.sh脚本）与下游全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing，WGS）样本分析（本GitHub仓库内的downstream_WGS_analysis.sh脚本）。若需复现该分析流程，请下载Breast_1与Breast_2文件夹，并将其移动至您本地机器的/home_dir/3_Output目录中。
