Dataset for the interaction and co-assembly of optical and topological solitons

This dataset includes experimental and simulation data as well as postprocessing scripts associated with the paper "Interaction and co-assembly of optical and topological soliton".

All postprocessing scripts and raw experimental and simulation data can be found in the "scripts" folder. The following programs can be used to run the scripts:
    - Mathematica 12: *.nb files
    - Blender > 2.83 + BVTKNodes addon: *.blend files
    - Python + numpy + scipy + matplotlib + pyvtk: *.py files

These scripts export several images and data files in the "images" and "data" root folders, which were used as input data for all the figures in the paper and supplementary information.
