Clinical Remission Outcomes in Pemphigus Vulgaris: A Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials

Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is an autoimmune intra-epidermal blistering disorder characterized by flaccid bullae and erosions of the skin and mucous membranes.1 Several immunomodulatory and biologic therapies have been investigated for their efficacy in treating PV. This systematic review summarizes randomized controlled trials data on the efficacy of treatments in inducing disease remission.
